Welcome to Sutary. These Terms and Conditions govern all custom furniture orders placed with us. By confirming your order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Our Service
Sutary designs and produces bespoke furniture tailored to your specifications. Each piece is made to order and crafted with care.
Quotations & Pricing
- All prices are in INR and exclude GST.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Pricing may vary based on material availability, design changes, or custom requests.
- Any additional design consultations beyond the initial scope may incur extra charges.
Orders & Design Approval
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.
- Production will not begin until the design has been approved in writing (email confirmation accepted).
- Lead times are typically 5-8 weeks from design approval and deposit receipt but may vary.
- Final payment is due before delivery or upon collection.
Changes & Cancellations
- Due to the bespoke nature of our work, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If you wish to make changes after approval, we will advise if they are possible and whether additional charges apply.
Delivery & Collection
- Delivery fees are quoted separately.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring suitable access to the delivery address.
- We are not liable for delays due to access issues, incorrect delivery information, or force majeure events.
- Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee.
Returns & Faults
- Bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
- Faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
- In the event of a fault, we will offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.
Materials & Variations
- Natural materials (wood, leather, etc.) may vary in color, grain, and texture—these are considered part of the character of the piece.
- Finishes may appear differently on screens and are best confirmed in person or via physical samples.
Intellectual Property
- All designs, sketches, and concepts remain the property of SUTARY, unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
Care & Maintenance
- A care guide will be provided with your item.
- Improper care, cleaning, or handling may void your warranty and damage the piece.
Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
